It’s every boxing fan’s nightmare to be mistaken for a ‘casual’. Not that there’s anything wrong with casual boxing fans; they bring the attention and money that allows big fights to be made and helps to grow the sport.
But those of us that spend hours reading, watching, tweeting, living and breathing boxing don’t want to be confused with the bloke in the pub who pipes up: “Have you heard of that, Anthony Joshua fella?”
